Recognizing and embracing your spouse's emotions and reactions
Learning communication skills
Identifying and implementing personal goals
Identifying and implementing goals for your marriage
Pragmatic and tangible information on resources to help you through your child's life stages
Services offered through couple's sessions and group workshops
Couple's Coaching sessions can be scheduled in 1 and 2 hour appointments. Initial consultation is free of charge. A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellation or a $25.00 fee will be charged.
